Project Overview
Silver Maple Motel had an underperforming restaurant space within the property footprint. Ownership identified an opportunity to increase room inventory and improve revenue generation without expanding the building.
The existing restaurant layout required full interior reconfiguration, mechanical integration, new bathroom construction, and infrastructure adjustments to convert the space into two fully operational guest rooms.
The project required structural modifications, coordinated plumbing and electrical work, and sequencing within an active hospitality environment.
Scope of Work
Restaurant-to-Room Conversion
Reconfiguration of the existing restaurant space to create two independent motel units within the existing building footprint.
Bathroom Construction
Construction of a new 3-piece bathroom within each motel unit, including showers, vanities, fixtures, and drainage connections.
Plumbing Integration
Extension and integration of plumbing systems to support the new bathrooms and individual motel units.
Electrical Segregation
Electrical modifications and circuit separation to provide independent electrical service for each unit.
Ventilation & Lighting
Adjustments to ventilation and lighting systems to support the new room layouts and operational requirements.
Interior Finishes
Installation of commercial-grade vinyl flooring, durable interior finishes, doors, and related interior components.
