Emstone was founded by a husband-and-wife team who believed construction experience could be more transparent, and dependable.
Our journey started as homeowners navigating renovation projects ourselves. We experienced the same frustrations many clients face today: unclear scopes, inconsistent communication, shifting timelines, and a process that felt harder than it needed to be.
Falguni brings a background in technology, structured systems, and risk management. Karan brings years of hands-on construction experience, field leadership, and practical problem-solving on site.
What began as a small renovation firm has grown into a design-build construction company delivering complex residential and commercial projects across Durham and the GTA. Today, Emstone remains proudly family-led, grounded in personal accountability and long-term thinking.
